ARK News: A Reciprocal shelling between the Turkish army and PYD militants on Friday, in Sherawa area of Afrin region and the town of Tal Rif’at north of Aleppo.

A private source from Sherawa area said that the PYD militants fired a thermal missile at the Turkish military base in Kimar village on the lines of communication between the two sides, pointing to the injury of several Turkish soldiers.

In its side, the Turkish Ministry of Defense said that two soldiers were wounded in the incident, and a Turkish combat helicopter delivered the injured soldiers from the football stadium in Afrin city.

Turkey, for its part, carried out a fierce shelling on the villages of Aqibe, Soghanake, Mayase, and Zarna’ite in the Sherawa area, which is under the control of the YPG of the PYD. As a result of the Turkish bombardment, members of a Kurdish family were wounded, their manes are Ramzi Mahmoud Barakat, 30 years old, Kibar Barakat, 50 years old, Sozan Aliko, 23 years old, and a one-year Mirvan Barakat.

It is worth mentioning that the PYD creates excuses and arguments for the Turkish army to bomb Kurdish villages and destroy them in addition to emptying the Kurdish villages of civilians and their displacement towards other areas, noting that Turkey wants an argument for its entry to the east of the Euphrates, as the same case happened in Afrin before.
