Siyamand Hajo: America is not interested in Syrian Kurdistan and is ready to give 40 km to Turkey
ARK News: The head of the Kurdish Future Movement in Syria, Siyamand Hajo, said that the United States is not interested in the regions of Syrian Kurdistan, and is ready to allow Turkey to enter a depth of up to 40 km.
In his participation in the ARK Bulletin on Wednesday 07.08.2019 Hajo added that the United States of America and the international coalition have focused their presence and attention in the past two years in the areas of Raqqa and Deir Ezzor and also directed the attention of humanitarian organizations to those areas, and they do not mind of interring Turkey to Syrian Kurdistan to a depth of 40 km, and are not interested in the regions of Syrian Kurdistan, but they are interested in the areas of Deir Ezzor and Raqqa.
The Turkish Defense Ministry announced in a statement that the completion of talks with US military officials on the planned safe area in northern Syria.
The Turkish Defense Ministry said in a statement on Wednesday that an agreement had been reached with the United States to implement the measures to be taken in the first phase in order to remove the Turkish concerns, as soon as possible.
According to the ministry, the agreement provides for the establishment of a joint operations center in Turkey as soon as possible to coordinate and manage the establishment of the safe zone in Syria.
The ministry stressed that it was agreed with the US side to make the safe area which is a kind of a peace corridor, and take all additional measures to ensure the return of the Syrians.
