Turkish military forces stationed on the border opposite the city of Kobani city, Syrian Kurdistan

ARK News: A large Turkish military reinforcements arrived on Tuesday evening at the Syrian-Turkish border off Kobani city in Syrian Kurdistan amid mounting Turkish threats to launch a military operation in the eastern Euphrates.

Informed sources from the region said a large military convoy of armored personnel carriers, armored vehicles, and commando units arrived on Tuesday evening in the border town of Sirouj, in the province “Şanlıurfa”.

The sources confirmed that these reinforcements were deployed in the village of Murshid Pinar adjacent to the city of Kobani city in Syrian Kurdistan.

The sources pointed out that these reinforcements have been brought from the western Turkish states, in the framework of preparations for an anticipated military operation launched by Turkey in the eastern Euphrates.
