ARK News: Armed factions continue to seize the homes of Kurdish civilians in the Kurdish region of Afrin under pretext, mostly dealing with the former PYD administration, where abductions against Kurdish youths continue on various pretexts and impose financial sums for their release.

As an armed group belonging to the same faction stormed on Sunday on 04/08/2019 a house of the young Tikoshin Nazir and took him to an unknown destination and requested a ransom of 700 thousand Syrian pounds. "

The Organization added: "Armed militias of the faction of Rijal al-Harb who control the village of Khulalka of Bulbul town of the seized the house of Luqman Brimo by force after detaining him a full day to force him to accept the delivery of the house and make it their headquarters and expelled him to live in his brother's house in the village."

The Human Rights Organization in Afrin showed in its second report: "On Sunday, 04/08/2019 an unidentified armed gang robbed the house of a citizen in the village of Hasan Dera of Bulbul town and stole the amount of 2 million Syrian pounds, without the citizen can disclose this and file a complaint against members of the gang who reside in the village after taking over the homes of Kurds under the supervision of armed factions.

The Organization also showed that on Saturday, 03/08/2019, an unidentified masked armed group broke into the house of Rohat Mohammed Na'asan (a law student) from the village of Sariya of Mabata town and kidnapped him in front of his family's sight and took him to an unknown destination, and the kidnappers' car passing through the checkpoint place at the entrance to the village and his fate remains unknown so far. Armed factions also abducted on Monday, August 5, 2019, Salah Ali, Basil Ali and Dalil Hasan on charges of compulsory service with the PYD.
