Human Rights Watch: The PYD administer detains 20 members of the Kurdish National Council in Syria and some of them have disappeared forcibly

ARK News: The International Human Rights Organization (Human Rights Watch) said that the PYD management and the Asayish detain at least 20 members of the Kurdish National Council in Syria.
In its annual report on the situation in Syria, the organization said that "since January, the self-management and Asayish have detained at least 20 members of the Kurdish National Council in Syria and in some cases, it appears that they have disappeared forcibly."
