UN: More than 100 civilians killed in air strikes in Syria recently

ARK News: The UN Human Rights Commissioner, Michel Bachelet, said in a statement on Friday that air strikes by the Syrian regime and its allies on schools, hospitals, markets and bakeries have killed at least 103 civilians in the past 10 days, including 26 children.
She added "these are civilian targets, and in view of the continuing pattern of such attacks, it seems very unlikely that their bombing was a mistake."
Bachelet pointed out that the high death toll was matched by "clear international indifference".
