The system said in its statement: “The President of the Kurdistan Region has a historic duty to protect the National Union in the South (Kurdistan Region) and all other parts of Kurdistan, and the President of the Kurdistan Region is responsible and representative of the will of the free life of the Kurds in front of the situation in Turkey and the unity of the Kurds”.

The statement added, addressing Nechirvan Barzani: "The struggle of your sovereignty in the four parts of Kurdistan is clear, and we believe in your competence to perform the role entrusted to you, and we are confident that Nechirvan Barzani is capable of doing so."

Another aspect of the statement pointed out that "significant gains have been made in the Kurdistan Region and it is time to protect them through the unity of the ranks between the political parties on the basis of democracy, there is no doubt that preserving the achievements of a part of Kurdistan is reflected in the liberation struggle in all other parts.
