Afrin … Fires devour the crops of the Kurdish peasants in Sherawa area
ARK News: A Human Rights Organization in Afrin reported today, May 30, 2019, that the armed groups set fire to the crops of the Kurdish peasants in the areas of Sherawa and Mount Lelon in the Kurdish region of Afrin.
Human Rights Organization in Afrin said in a report which received by the ARK Media Foundation That the armed factions carried out the process of burning contrived in the south-eastern countryside of Afrin region in each of the following villages: Kimar and Barade and Jelbere and Bassille reaching to the village of Soghanake and Kalote and Kafar Nabo.
The Organization added that the armed groups are trying to house the displaced people from the province of Idlib, according to the military operations carried out by the Russian forces and the Syrian regime.
The organization pointed out saying: "On the other hand, the armed militias of the faction of Faylaq Al-Sham in the village of Jaloa of Rajo town, led by Abu Akil of stealing the harvest of grape leaves and cherry harvest randomly from the agricultural land, whether owners are present in the village or forcibly displaced.
The Organization also said, "in the village of Zarka belonging to the same town, that so-called Mohammed Walid informed the villagers after meeting with them in the school of the village and informing them of the decision taken by him, which provides for sharing the crop of grape leaves and Cherries and threatening them with black days if they did not respond to the order. The same decision applies to the village of Kela, noting that Mohammed Walid owns the heavy machines (Digger-Turk) and bulldozes the hills surrounding his control area for searching for the archeology. "
According to a report by the Human Rights Organization in Afrin saying: "Two weeks ago, Faylaq Al-Sham Brigade pretended to establish a new checkpoint at the junction of the village of Hijamala and the checkpoint of the village Mamola of the Ninth Division of confiscating agricultural crops for the Kurdish civilians on the road"
