We have delighted as all Kurdish people to choose your sovereignty by the Parliament of the Kurdistan Region, it is a choice for the right approach Barzani's immortal approach to struggle, sacrifice and sincerity, which was and remains the main engine of the Kurdish national struggle for the realization of the national rights and democracy of the people of Kurdistan.

We are fully confident that the selection of your sovereignty for the presidency of the Kurdistan Region is a continuation of the achievement of more important gains and achievements which was achieved under the leadership of President Masoud Barzani and the brotherhood of the Kurdistan Democratic Party which the people of Kurdistan and the Kurdish issue won the respect of the world. We reiterate our heartfelt congratulations and appeal on your hands and reaffirm our steadfast solidarity with your struggle and our high confidence in your wise leadership of all that is good for our people and their issue.
