انفجار يهز بلدة الفوعة بريف إدلب
أفادت مصادر محلية أن دوى انفجار عنيف سمع بالقرب من بلدة الفوعة في ريف إدلب، ما أدى إلى اندلاع حرائق وتصاعد كثيف لأعمدة الدخان، بالتزامن مع تحليق طيران مجهول في أجواء المنطقة.
وحسب المصادر المحلية هرعت سيارات الإسعاف إلى الموقع، وسط معلومات تفيد بسقوط قتلى وجرحى، في حين لا تزال طبيعة الانفجار مجهولة حتى اللحظة.
وفي 7 تموز الجاري،هزّت أصوات عنيفة مدينة إدلب ومحيطها، نتيجة انفجار يرجح أنه لمستودعات ذخيرة قرب بلدتي كفريا والفوعة، وسط معلومات عن سقوط قتلى.

KDP-S Secretary Receives Delegation from the Kurdistan Women’s Union – Syria
ARK News.. A delegation from the Kurdistan Women’s Union – Syria, Qamishlo branch, visited the office of the Kurdistan Democratic Party – Syria (KDP-S) in Qamishlo. The delegation was led by Samia Hussein, a senior official in the Union, along with Shukriya Hussein, head of the Qamishlo branch, and several union members.
The delegation was warmly welcomed by KDP-S Secretary Muhammad Ismail, who praised the historic and ongoing role of Kurdish women, highlighting their vital contributions across all fields.
Ismail emphasized the importance of the Kurdistan Women’s Union – Syria and its struggle throughout the regions of Syrian Kurdistan in advancing women’s rights and participation.
For her part, Samia Hussein stressed the need to strengthen cooperation and coordination between Kurdish parties and organizations, particularly in the realm of women’s activism. She affirmed that women’s struggle is a cornerstone of the Kurdish national movement, and that Kurdish women have earned their rightful place alongside men in all aspects of life.

خلال اللقاء، أكد محمد اسماعيل على الدور المحوري الذي تؤديه المرأة الكوردية منذ القديم وحتى الآن، مشيدا بإسهاماتها الفاعلة في مختلف المجالات.
وأشار إلى دور اتحاد نساء كوردستان سوريا، وأهمية نضاله في جميع مناطق كوردستان سوريا، ف تطوير المراة .
ومن جانبها شددت سامية حسين على أهمية تعزيز التعاون والتنسيق بين الأحزاب والمنظمات الكوردية، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بالعمل النسوي، مؤكدة أن نضال المرأة يُعد ركيزة أساسية في مسيرة النضال القومي الكوردي.
وأن ما حققته المرأة الكوردية ومشاركة طبيعية لدورها الحيوي إلى جانب الرجل في كافة مناحي الحياة.

خلال اللقاء، تم مناقشة الأوضاع الكوردية في كوردستان سوريا ووضع سوريا بشكل عام والاحداث الجارية في المنطقة، وتم تبادل وجهات النظر حول العملية السياسية مع التأكيد على دور المجلس الوطني الكوردي في سوريا في الدفاع عن القضية الكوردية.
وفي الختام تم التأكيد على تعزيز العلاقات بين الحزبين لدعم القضية الكوردية.

King Abdullah Reaffirms Support for Syria’s Security and Stability
ARK News.. Jordan’s King Abdullah has reiterated his country’s support for Syria’s security, stability, and territorial integrity, and called for de-escalation across the region.
According to the Royal Court, the King emphasized—during a meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney in Ottawa—that safeguarding Syria’s sovereignty and the safety of its people is essential for regional peace.
He stressed that respect for national sovereignty is a fundamental prerequisite for paving the way toward political solutions and broader regional stability.
The Jordanian capital, Amman, recently hosted a trilateral meeting between Syrian Foreign Minister Asaad al-Shibani, Jordanian FM Ayman Safadi, and U.S. envoy Tom Barrack, focused on Syria and efforts to maintain the ceasefire in Suwayda.

Fact-Finding Committee: Syrian Coastal Violence Motivated by Revenge, Not Ideology
ARK News.. The National Fact-Finding Committee investigating the March 2025 atrocities in Syria’s coastal region announced that the violence was driven by retaliatory motives rather than ideological agendas.
In a press conference on Tuesday, Committee Chairman Jum'a al-Anezi said the team conducted field visits to 33 affected sites, documented testimonies from 938 eyewitnesses, and held consultations with international entities. Some witnesses requested anonymity for security reasons.
Key findings presented included:
- 1,426 confirmed deaths, including 90 women. Victims were a mix of civilians and former military personnel who had undergone reconciliation.
- 452 testimonies related to killings and 486 accounts of looting, torture, arson, and destruction of homes and businesses.
- 283 security personnel were killed in attacks reportedly carried out by regime remnants.
- The committee identified 265 suspected perpetrators linked to former regime factions.
- Major incidents occurred between March 7–9, during which civilians suffered grave violations including deliberate killings and widespread destruction.
- The committee received 23 briefings from officials and interrogated detained suspects, referring them to the judiciary.
- Though widespread, the violations were not systematically coordinated; several individuals operated as looting gangs.
- A total of 298 individuals were identified as perpetrators, with some acting against direct military orders.
Al-Anezi concluded with recommendations for continued legal proceedings, including the pursuit of fugitives and the implementation of transitional justice mechanisms.

U.S. Monitoring Drone Attacks on Kurdistan Region with Deep Concern
ARK News.. The Kurdistan Regional Government’s Representative to the United States, Treva Aziz, stated on Tuesday that Washington is deeply concerned about the recent drone strikes targeting the Kurdistan Region.
“The United States is very worried about the drone attacks that have recently struck energy production sites—particularly oil fields and facilities in which American companies have investment stakes,” Aziz said.
She expressed appreciation for Washington’s condemnation of the strikes and emphasized the importance of continued U.S. engagement.
“We are pleased with the U.S. response and hope for sustained monitoring of the situation, along with continued support for American investments in the Kurdistan Region,” she added.
“We look forward to further development and progress in the coming weeks.”
The statement comes amid rising regional tensions and ongoing threats to energy infrastructure in northern Iraq.

لجنة تقصي الحقائق: أحداث الساحل السوري كانت بدوافع ثأرية
أعلنت لجنة تقصي الحقائق في الاعتداءات والانتهاكات المرتكبة في الساحل السوري في شهر آذار الماضي توثيق إفادات 938 شاهد عيان في إطار التحقيق.
قال جمعة العنزي رئيس اللجنة الوطنية للتحقيق وتقصي الحقائق في تلك الأحداث إن اللجنة زارت 33 موقعاً في مناطق الانتهاكات والأحداث.
وأشار العنزي في مؤتمر صحفي لعرض نتائج عمل اللجنة إلى أنه تم الاستماع إلى إفادة رسمية ومن موقوفين وتم إجراء مشاورات مع جهات دولية، وتكتمنا على بعض هويات وأسماء الشهود بناء على طلبهم.
وجاء في المؤتمر الصحفي للمتحدث باسم اللجنة:
ـ تحققت اللجنة من أسماء 1426 قتيلاً منهم 90 امرأة والبقية مدنيون وعسكريون سابقون أجروا تسويات.
ـ من الإفادات، 452 متعلقة بحوادث قتل و486 متعلقة بالسلب المسلح أو السرقة أو حرق البيوت والمحال التجارية أو التعذيب.
ـ 283 شاباً من رجال الأمن قضوا في الأعمال الهجومية لفلول النظام في الساحل.
ـ حصلنا على أسماء 265 من المتورطين المفترضين من فلول النظام.
ـ تحققت اللجنة من انتهاكات جسيمة تعرض لها المدنيون من القتل العمد والتخريب في 7 و8 و 9 مارس الماضي.
ـ استمعت اللجنة كذلك إلى 23 إحاطة وإفادة من مسؤولين في الجهات الرسمية واستجوبت المشتبه بهم الموقوفين، واتخذت الإجراءات اللازمة لإحالتهم إلى القضاء.
ـ الانتهاكات رغم اتساع نطاقها فإنها غير منظمة وبعض الضالعين فيها شكلوا عصابات للسلب والنهب.
ـ دوافع الانتهاكات كانت ثأرية وليست أيديولوجية.
ـ وثقنا اسم 298 شخصاً ممن ثبت ضلوعهم بانتهاكات.
ـ أفراد خالفوا الأوامر العسكرية وارتكبوا انتهاكات.
ـ أحلنا إلى النائب العام لائحتين بشأن المشتبه بارتكابهم انتهاكات.
ـ نوصي بملاحقة الهاربين من العدالة والمضي يإجراءات العدالة الانتقالية.

الأزمات تعصف بمدينة السويداء وفي مقدمتها أزمة المياه
أفاد مصدر محلي من مدينة السويداء أن الحكومة الانتقالية السورية فرضت حصار خانق على مدينة السويداء، الأمر الذي تسبب بتصاعد الأزمة الإنسانية في المدينة.
قالت شبكة السويداء24، إن الأزمة الإنسانية تتصاعد في محافظة السويداء مع استمرار الحصار الخانق الذي فرضته قوات "الحكومة الانتقالية" على كافة مداخل محافظة السويداء منذ 10 أيام، ومع استمرار انتشار ميليشيات ما يعرف بجيش "العشائر"، على طريق دمشق السويداء، والعديد من المواقع الأخرى.
وحسب المصدر، أن أحد أكثر الأزمات الخطيرة حالياً هي أزمة توفير مياه الشرب، حيث توقفت معظم الآبار عن ضخ المياه منذ بدأت العمليات العسكرية ضد محافظة السويداء، نتيجة انقطاع الكهرباء وتدمير البنية التحتية للشبكة.
وأوضح المصدر، ان ما يفاقم الأزمة الشح الكبير في المحروقات، ما يمنع سيارات نقل المياه الخاصة من تلبية احتياجات المواطنين الفائقة.
