ثماني سنوات على رحيل جوان ميراني نقيب صحفيي كوردستان- سوريا
في كل عام، ومثل هذا اليوم الأليم والبالغ الحزن، تمرُّ علينا ذكرى أدمت قلوبنا نحن زميلات وزملاء الراحل جوان ميراني أول نقيب لصحفيي كوردستان- سوريا، وقلوب كل من عرفه عن قرب لما تحلى بها من خصال حميدة، ونبل وغيرية على شعبه الكردي، والاستعداد للتضحية من أجله بكل ما يملك، وهو الذي بدأ فتوة شبابه مختاراً درب البيشمركة، شامخاً مرفوع الرأس.
رغم أن العمل المؤسساتي وأشكال الاتحادات والنقابات كانت جديدة علينا نحن الكرد في غربي كوردستان، ولم تكن لنا تجربة وخبرة، إلا أن الراحل جوان ميراني، وكونه أمضى عمراً حافلاً بالنضال في إقليم كوردستان كبيشمركة وفيما بعد صحفي منذ أوائل تسعينيات القرن الماضي، وتعرّف عن قرب على مؤسسات الإقليم النقابية والإعلامية وسير عملها، فقد كان أنجح شخص في أداء مهامه كنقيب للصحفيين، ولم يكن عسيراً عليه إدارة هذه النقابة الوليدة منذ اليوم الأول لإعلانها في 19-9-2013
وكان يتحرّى أخبار الإعلاميين الكرد في غربي كوردستان، ويتصل بأعضاء مجلس الإدارة عند كل مشكلة تعترض طريقهم خصوصاً أن إدارة حزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي كانت ومازالت تنظر بعين الخصم اللدود لكل صحفية أو صحفي كردي ينتقد أداء هذه السلطة التي لم تستلم «السلطة» عبر الاقتراع الحر والنزيه.
غادر دنيانا جوان ميراني، وكان في نيته خدمة الصحفيين والصحفيات في بلده، لكن يد المنون أحكمت على كل أحلامه، ورحل إلى جوار ربه، ولم يعد قلبه النضر يتحمّل أوجاعاً أكثر، فودّع بعد ان اصابنا بهول المصاب، وأوقع الغمة والحزن الهائل لكل من عرف صاحب القلب الفائض بالحب.
منذ رحيل الزميل ميراني، وحتى الآن لم تهدأ آلة القمع والاستبداد في غربي كوردستان التي تحكم المنطقة من التضييق على المعيشة إلى الاعتقال من دون مذكرة قضائية، لكل صحفي لا يتناغم مع سياسات حزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي، وقبل أيام اعتقلت مجموعة ملثمة وفي وضح النهار الزميل كوران عزم من شبكة الصحفيين الكرد السوريين، واقتادته لجهة مجهولة.

Hawler Organization of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria commemorates the March 12 uprising
ARK News... The Hawler Organization of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria commemorated the March 12 uprising, the Kurdish Martyr's Day, and the anniversary of the establishment of the Roj Peshmerga forces in Erbil, the capital of Kurdistan.
The commemoration ceremony took place in the organizing office of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, by standing a minute of silence in honor of the martyrs of the March 12 uprising in Syrian Kurdistan, and raising pictures of the martyrs and the Kurdistan flag.
In a special statement to ARK, Dr. Ahmed Malak, a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, said: The uprising of March 12, 2004, is a historic day in the memory of the Kurdish people and the Kurdish movement in Syrian Kurdistan, as the Kurdish people broke the barrier of fear and declared their unification spontaneously and rose up against the Syrian regime.
He added that the Kurds of all categories of the people participated strongly in the uprising that began in Qamishlo and within a short period of time spread to all regions of Syrian Kurdistan from Dirk to Kobani and Afrin to Aleppo and the capital, Damascus, and the uprising shook the throne of the Syrian regime at the time.
Dr. Malak confirmed that the regime was in the process of implementing its malicious intentions against the Kurds, especially after the 2003 changes in Iraq, when it wanted to break the Kurdish will, but the Kurds refused, and the result was a massive Kurdish uprising.
He pointed out that the uprising was a quantum leap. After March 12, the Kurdish issue in Syria shifted from a local scale to international forums and became the issue of people living in their homeland.
At the end of his statement, he extended his condolences to the families of the martyrs in the uprising of March 12, 2004, and to all the martyrs of the Kurds and Kurdistan.

بدون الحصول على مجموعة من الضمانات ,النظام السوري يرفض عقد الاجتماع الرباعي
ارك نيوز.. رفض النظام السوري عقد الاجتماع الرباعي بحضور تركيا وروسيا وإيران، مطالباً بالحصول على مجموعة من الضمانات، وذلك بعد أيام من تصريحات وزير الخارجية التركي مولود جاويش أوغلو عن اجتماع سيعقد في العاصمة الروسية موسكو الأسبوع الجاري ويضم نواب وزراء خارجية النظام السوري وتركيا وإيران وروسيا.
وقالت صحيفة الوطن المقربة من النظام السوري نقلاً عن مصادر مطلعة إن اجتماع نواب وزراء خارجية النظام السوري وتركيا وروسيا وإيران يؤجل إلى حين حصول النظام على مجموعة من الضمانات.
وذكرت المصادر أنه في مقدمة الضمانات المطلوبة كانت "جدولة انسحاب القوات التركية من مناطق في شمال غربي سوريا".
واستبعدت مصادر الصحيفة عقد الاجتماع في الموعد الذي أعلنه جاويش أوغلو بسبب عدم حصول النظام على ضمانات كانت قد طلبها للسير قدماً في تطبيع علاقاته مع أنقرة، متوقعة أن الاجتماع لن يعقد حتى يحصل على تلك الضمانات، ومنها جدولة انسحاب القوات التركية من سوريا.

Bashar Amin to ARK: President Barzani confirmed that he is a father and a shepherd of the Kurdish nation
ARK News... Bashar Amin, a member of the political bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, said on Friday, March 10, 2023, said that preparations are underway and continuing to hold the conference of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, and the conference is scheduled to be held at the end of April of this year.
Bashar Amin participated in the ARK newsletter, during which he touched on the topics and files that were discussed in the political report of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria.
He continued, "The most prominent event is the issue of disasters resulting from earthquakes in Turkey and northwestern Syria, including the regions of Afrin and Jenderes in Syrian Kurdistan, but ironically, the United Nations was very late in taking the necessary measures to provide aid and assistance to the afflicted."
He explained that "the aid of the Barzani Charity Foundation, at the initiative of President Masoud Barzani, was a matter of satisfaction to the Kurds, and he stressed that President Masoud Barzani is a patron of the Kurdish nation in other parts, as those affected welcomed the Foundation with cheers and pleasure, which made this relief a healing balm in alleviating worries and suffering." Especially since the aid of the Barzani Charity Foundation has been distributed generously and without discrimination between the components of the Kurds, Arabs, and Turks.
On the Syrian crisis, Amin pointed out, "The international community is still silent, and international diplomacy is still without movement."
He stressed that the Syrian regime took advantage of the catastrophic situation of the earthquake politically and was late in opening the border crossings for the arrival of aid, and was able to exploit the disasters for political purposes aimed at normalization with some Arab and foreign countries.
In his last speech, he spoke about the conference of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, stressing that "preparations are underway, and the conference is scheduled to be held in late April."

In the presence of Masrour Barzani... Duhok hosts the first youth meeting at the level of the Kurdistan Region
ARK News… For the first time in the Kurdistan Region, the Kurdistan Democratic Youth Union is holding the first youth meeting in Duhok, with the participation of the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, and young people from all cities and towns of Kurdistan.
The meeting will start in Duhok at 11:00 on Sunday 12/03/2023, in the presence of the President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani.
In this regard, Rebwar Kalari, a member of the Office of the General Secretariat of the Kurdistan Democratic Youth Union told (BasNews): “The Kurdistan Democratic Youth Union will hold a youth conference in Duhok, and for the first time in the Kurdistan Region, with the participation of more than 1,000 young people for one day, in the presence of the three presidencies of the Kurdistan Region”.
He added that three seminars will be presented by the three presidencies of the Kurdistan Region, and discuss youth problems and their solutions.
He pointed out that the conference will include six speakers, each of whom will discuss youth problems and propose solutions.
He concluded by saying, "A questionnaire will be conducted at the conference, consisting of a number of questions, with some data, and later the results of the questionnaire will be revealed and submitted to the leadership."

Hoshang Simgamoor: The immortal Barzani is the identity of the Kurdish nation

On the occasion of the forty-fourth anniversary of the departure of the immortal Mulla Mustafa Barzani, a delegation from the Zakho Organization of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria (PDK-S), on Friday, March 10, 2023, visited the immortal shrine in the Barzan region of the Kurdistan Region.
The delegation was headed by Hoshang Simgamoor, a member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria PDK-S.

The late descended from the side of Chil Agha and was known for his positions in defense of Barzani's immortal approach.
The late was buried in the town of Chil Agha, and the leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria participated in the burial ceremony.

ARK News… Kurdish leader Masoud Barzani on Saturday affirmed that the March 11 agreement transferred the identity and presence of the Kurdish people within the Iraqi state to a higher level and strengthened the Kurdish people's self-confidence.
President Barzani said in a statement: “The March 11 agreement is considered one of the valuable achievements of the Kurdistan Liberation Movement, and the importance of this historic event lies in the fact that it comes as a result of the struggle and revolution of the Kurdish people and the Kurdistan Democratic Party led by Barzani Al-Khalid, as the Iraqi regime was forced at the time to officially recognize some rights.” Our people for the first time on March 11, which the Kurdish people have been deprived of since the establishment of the Iraqi state.
The Kurdish leader added: “The March 11 agreement, which was the result of the struggle and sacrifices of the Peshmerga, the masses, and all classes and religious and ethnic components in Kurdistan transferred the identity of the Kurdish people and their existence within the Iraqi state to a higher level. Although the Iraqi regime turned its back on the rights of the Kurdish people and violated the March 11 agreement, this achievement was a gateway to a greater stage and a greater step in the struggle of our people to achieve more achievements and victories.
President Barzani concluded his statement by saying: "On the fifty-third anniversary of the March 11th agreement, and in addition to emphasizing the message of peace and coexistence to the Kurdish people, we remind everyone that the people of Kurdistan do not give up their rights, freedom, and gains under any circumstances or pressures."

وجرت مراسم الإحياء في مكتب التنظيم للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني - سوريا بالوقوف دقيقة صمت وفاءً لشهداء انتفاضة 12 آذار في كوردستان سوريا ورفع صور الشهداء والعلم الكوردستاني.
وفي تصريح خاص لـ ARK قال الدكتور أحمد ملك عضو اللجنة المركزية للحزب الديمقراطي الكوردستاني – سوريا إن: انتفاضة 12 آذار 2004 يوم تاريخي في ذكراة الشعب الكوردي والحركة الكوردية في كوردستان سوريا, إذ كسر الشعب الكوردي حاجز الخوف وأعلن توحيده بشكل عفوي وهب بوجه النظام السوري.
أضاف أن الكورد بكل فئاته من الشعب شارك بقوة في الانتفاضة التي بدأت في قامشلو وخلال فترة زمنية قصيرة انتشرت في كل مناطق كوردستان سوريا من ديرك إلى كوباني وعفرين حتى حلب والعاصمة دمشق, وهزت الانتفاضة عرش النظام السوري آنذاك.
أكد الدكتور ملك أن النظام كان بصدد تنفيذ نواياه الخبيثة بحق الكورد, ولا سيما بعد تغييرات 2003 في العراق, حيث أراد كسر الإرادة الكوردية ولكن الكورد أبى ذلك فكانت النتيجة انتفاضة كوردية عارمة.
أشار أن الانتفاضة كانت نقلة نوعية فبعد 12 آذار تحولت القضية الكوردية في سوريا من نطاق محلي إلى المحافل الدولية وباتت قضية شعب يعيش على وطنه.
وفي نهاية تصريحه وجه تعازيه لذوى الشهداء في انتفاضة 12 آذار 2004 وجميع شهداء الكورد وكوردستان.
