Walid Jan Polat: Who will secure the safe return of refugees so that they will not be tortured and killed?

ARK News: The leader of the Lebanese Progressive Socialist Party, the Druze leader, Walid Jan Polat, said on Monday that the collective return of "displaced Syrians will not be realized" as long as the regime in their country refuses to return.
Jan Polat's position came in a statement to reporters on the sidelines of a conference of the party held in Beirut entitled "Lebanon and displaced people from Syria: The rights and diplomatic concerns and the return."
He considered that "there is fear among those displaced people, wondering: "who will secure a safe return for them so that they will not return and be tortured and killed?"
