Clashes erupted between Syrian refugees and Turkish citizens in Istanbul
A number of people were injured on Saturday due to the clashes between Syrians and Turkish citizens in Istanbul's Asniurt neighbourhood, which is inhabited by a large number of Syrian refugees in Turkey.
According to the Turkish media, the clash took place in the area of "Baglar Chishma" of Asniurt neighbourhood, and the reasons are not yet known yet, and both sides used the sticks and knives, which it necessitated the presence of medical teams and ambulances to transport the injured to the hospital.
The Turkish security forces intervened to encircle the Asniurt Square, while citizens protested against the "high frequency of recent disputes and problems between the Syrians and the Turks."
Thus, the social networking sites were crowded with videos documenting the clash, and activists said the Turkish attackers had attacked Syrian shops and broke them.
