Saad Hariri supports Russia's initiative to return Syrian refugees

ARK News: The Lebanese Prime Minister-designate, Saad Hariri, said that the initiative put forward by Russia to solve the issue of refugees and displaced Syrians is the only serious at the moment.
Hariri pointed out that "the Russian initiative is the only avenue for the return of displaced people, and we welcome cooperation between Russia and UNHCR”.
These statements come in the presence of hundreds of thousands of Syrian refugees in Lebanon, mostly in the camp of Arsal who suffer very difficult living conditions.
