A bombing in Manbij .. And Da’esh adopts the attack

ARK News: According to reports, on Wednesday, the occurrence of dead and injured after an explosion in the city of Manbij, where US troops are deployed in the region, while the Da’esh organization announced its responsibility for the attack

A spokesman for the Military Council in Manbij Sherwan Darwish wrote on Twitter: "Explosion in the busy market street in Manbij, initial reports of casualties." The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, based in Britain, said at least eight people were killed.

The attack comes less than a month after President Donald Trump announced that US forces would withdraw from Syria.

White House spokeswoman Sarah Sanders said that she was briefed by US President Donald Trump on the situation.

In a related development, the ISIS organization claimed its responsibility for the attack on a patrol of the US-led coalition in Manbij. The Ahmaaq agency said that the attack was carried out by a suicide bomber carrying an explosive vest.

Da’esh Organization did not provide any evidence that it was responsible for the attack, while the coalition said it had a patrol in Manbij yesterday, explaining through Twitter: "Members of the US forces were killed in an explosion while they were on a routine patrol in Syria yesterday, we are still gathering information and we will share additional details later."
