Syrian People's Assembly Elections Commission Issues Preliminary Results and Opens Door for Appeals
ARK News.. The Supreme Commission for the Elections of the Syrian People’s Assembly has issued Decision No. 66, announcing the preliminary results of the elections in the electoral districts across the provinces.
In its statement on Monday, October 6, 2025, the Commission said that the appeals process regarding the electoral process — including campaign activities, voting, and ballot counting — will remain open until the close of business today, October 6, 2025.
The Commission further noted that any concerned party has the right to challenge the preliminary results of the elected representatives of the People’s Assembly within their respective electoral districts before the designated Appeals Committee in the relevant province.
