UK Calls for Continued Dialogue Among All Parties in Syria

ARK News.. The United Kingdom has called for ongoing dialogue among all parties in Syria to ensure stability and national unity.

Speaking at a UN Security Council session on Thursday, September 18, 2025, UK Ambassador to the United Nations Barbara Woodward said, “The UK welcomes efforts to hold parliamentary elections and encourages the Syrian government to take political steps that include all components of society.”

She added, “We urge Israel to respect Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity.”
