Qatar Sends Over 10 Tons of Medical Equipment to Syria
ARK News.. Qatar has delivered more than 10 tons of sensitive and specialized medical equipment to Syria to support hospitals in continuing to provide quality healthcare services to patients.
According to the Syrian Arab News Agency (SANA), Syrian Health Minister Musab al-Ali and the President of the Syrian Arab Red Crescent, Hazem Baqle, received the Chairman of the Qatar Red Crescent Society, Youssef bin Ali al-Khater, and his accompanying delegation at Damascus International Airport.
The report stated that the Qatari delegation arrived aboard a Qatari Amiri Air Force aircraft carrying 12 tons of advanced medical equipment, provided by Sidra Medicine and other Qatari entities.
Officials emphasized that the equipment is intended to help Syrian hospitals sustain and improve specialized healthcare services for patients
