U.S. Delegation Arrives at Qasrek Base Amid Tight Security Measures
ARK News.. A prominent U.S. delegation has arrived at the International Coalition’s Qasrek military base in northern Hasakah, according to a Syrian human rights source.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that the delegation entered the base on Friday, July 18, after traveling from the Tal Baydar area under heavy security.
The convoy included around 20 armored SUVs, two closed transport trucks, and several vehicles belonging to the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), the source said.
This visit follows the July 14 arrival of a new batch of military and logistical reinforcements at the Qasrek base in the Tal Tamr countryside, northwest of Hasakah, as part of ongoing support for coalition forces operating in the region.
