"On the occasion of the Islamic New Year, I extend my heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all Muslims in Kurdistan, Iraq, and around the world.
I pray to Almighty God that the arrival of the new Hijri year brings goodness, blessings, and peace to all, and that stability and tranquility prevail in our region and across humanity.
