UNHCR Delegation Visits Domiz Camp
ARK News.. A delegation from the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) visited Domiz Camp to assess the living conditions of its residents and met with the Director of the Barzani Charity Foundation's Duhok office.
According to a statement on the Barzani Charity Foundation's Facebook page, the UNHCR delegation, led by Katarina Lamb, Head of UNHCR’s Baghdad office, visited Domiz Camp in Duhok province.
The delegation was received by Abdulwahid Amin, Director of the Barzani Charity Foundation's Duhok office, and Pir Dayan Jaafar, Director of Migration and Displacement in Duhok province.
The visit aimed to evaluate the living conditions and overall situation of the camp's residents, as well as to understand the challenges and hardships faced by the displaced people.
