ARK News.. The headquarters of President Massoud Barzani sent a formal telegram of condolences to Saeed Omar, a member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party-Syria, on the death of his brother Nizar Omar.
The text of the condolence telegram:

Mr., Brother Saeed Omar Khalil.
With great sadness and sorrow, we have received the news of the death of your brother (Nizar Omar Khalil).
We extend our deepest condolences and sympathy to you and your national family, relatives and friends, and we share your grief on your loss.
We ask Almighty God to grant patience and solace to you and your family, and may the soul of the brother (Nizar) rest in the eternal peace and mercy of God.
