
Russia is investigating the bombing that targeted its ambulance in Hasaka
ARK News.. After targeting a Russian ambulance in the security square in Hasaka, a Russian military convoy headed from Hasakah city Qamishlo city to investigate the bombing that targeted the ambulance.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that a convoy of Russian military vehicles set off, on Thursday, July 11, 2024, from Hasaka city towards Qamishlo city, to meet at the airport and open an investigation into the bombing.
The source added that the Russian convoy heading to Qamishlo city coincided with a major security alert in the security square in Al-Hasakah.
The source confirmed that the Syrian Democratic Forces closed all their outlets along with the security system square in Hasaka city after the bombing, at a Russian request.
The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that a Russian soldier, a translator, and a civilian were injured to varying degrees, as a result of the explosion of an explosive device in an ambulance belonging to the Russian forces, Thursday afternoon, near the Lualua Medical Center within the regime’s security square area in Hasaka city.
It added that the explosion caused material damage, and the injured were transferred to the hospital to receive treatment, amid a state of security alert.
