The Kurdish poet Abdul Khan Teldari releases his first work

ARK News… The Kurdish poet Abdul Khan Teldari, who hails from the Derik countryside in Syrian Kurdistan, published his first poetic work under the title “Lori.”

Abdul Khan chose the name “Lori” for his collection of poems in honor of the spirit of his teacher and friend, the Kurdish poet and researcher Lori Teldari, who passed away to his final resting place in 2023 at the age of 65 years.

The collection was published by the Gazi Library in Duhok in the Kurdistan Region and contains a collection of classic poems in the Kurdish language, covering 103 medium-sized pages.

Poet Muhammad Haji “Abdul Khan Taldari”:

- He was born in the village of Teldari in the Derik countryside in Syrian Kurdistan in 1979.

- Member of the General Union of Kurdish Writers and Journalists in Syria.

- Resident of Basirma refugee camp in the Kurdistan Region.
