Erbil... PDK-S commemorates the 12th anniversary of the martyrdom of leader Nasraddin Barhik

ARK News… The Kurdistan Democratic Party – Syria, on Thursday, 22/2/2024, commemorated the 12th anniversary of the martyrdom of the leader Nasraddin Barhik in the city of Erbil.

In the presence of the leadership of the Kurdistan Democratic Party-Syria, the parties of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, and national and social figures, the 12th anniversary of the martyrdom of Nasraddin Barhik, a member of the political bureau of the PDK-S, was commemorated in the city of Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region.

Sarhan Hassan, member of the Central Committee of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, delivered the party’s speech at the commemoration ceremony, in which he spoke about the virtues of the martyr leader Nasraddin Barhik, his service, dedication, and sacrifice for the sake of the people and the Kurdish cause.

For his part, Raman Mulla, a member of the Kurdistan Region’s representation of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, delivered the council’s speech, in which he spoke about the struggle of the martyr leader Nasraddin Barhik.

Alaa Nasraddin Barhik delivered a speech to the martyr’s family, in which he welcomed the attendees and thanked them for their attendance at the ceremony commemorating the 12th anniversary of Nasraddin Barhik’s martyrdom, and for their loyalty towards the martyr.

Leader Nasraddin Barhik, a member of the political bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, was martyred at the hands of treachery and betrayal by PYD militants on February 22, 2012.
