Masrour Barzani congratulates Kurdistan people on International Mother Language Day

ARK News… The Prime Minister of the Kurdistan Regional Government congratulated the Kurdistan people today, Wednesday, February 21, on the occasion of Mother Language Day.
The Prime Minister said in a blog post on his account on the
International Mother Language Day is celebrated annually around the world to promote awareness of linguistic and cultural diversity and multilingualism. February 21 was considered International Mother Language Day. It was announced for the first time by UNESCO on November 17, 1999, and then it was approved officially by the United Nations General Assembly.
