Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria commemorates the martyrdom of leader Nasraddin Barhik
ARK News… The Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria called for attendance at the ceremony commemorating the twelfth anniversary of the martyrdom of freedom fighter Nasraddin Barhik, a member of the party’s political bureau.
According to a public invitation from the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, the annual commemoration ceremony for “the assassination of the martyr of the Word of Truth, Nasraddin Barhik,” will be held in the village of Kavre Dana on Thursday, February 22, 2024, at two in the afternoon.
A member of the Political Bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria the Martyr Nasraddin Barhik exposed, on Monday 13/2/2012, to an assassination by mercenaries, and he was seriously wounded that he was taken to al-Noor hospital in the city of Qamishlo in Syrian Kurdistan, and then he was transferred to Aleppo and entered Martini hospital and after undergoing several surgical operations and because of the deterioration of his health and his eloquent injury, he was martyred on 22 February 2012.
Brief about the life of the martyr Nasraddin Barhik
The martyr Nasraddin Barhik was born in the village of “Kavre Dana” in the village of Chil Agha in the Aliyan area in 1960 who belongs to a known family in the area of Aliyan and they are the elders of the clan "Hamka".
He studied primary school in his hometown, and then continued his preparatory studies in the city of Chil Agha and secondary school in the secondary industry in the province of Hasaka He completed his studies in Deir Ezzor to obtain the certificate of the Industrial Institute of Electricity.
The Martyr Nasraddin Barhik joined the ranks of the Kurdish Democratic Party in Syria (al-Party) since his youth, and he worked in the student organizations of Chil Agha, Hasaka and Deir Ezzor (Abu Alaa) participated as an elected member in the Party conferences from the 5th to the 10th and was gradated in the Party bodies until he won the honor of membership of the Central Committee of the Party in a conference known as the Martyr Kamal Ahmed conference in 1998, then he became a member of the Party's political bureau
The martyr Comrade Nasraddin took from Barzani immortal approach the Kurdish national approach and worked hard to defending this approach until the last drop of his blood, the martyr was an example of sacrifice and redemption, humble, self-respecting, honest and caring for his people, loyal to his comrades and friends, proud of his values and principles, an advocate for the cause of his people and believes in the Kurdish approach the Barzani immortal approach.
During his struggle he was subjected to numerous harassments, prosecutions and arrest, he was arrested for the first time after the March 2004 uprising and was re-arrested in 2009, and the greater the pressure on him, the greater his belief and conviction in his principles and the principles of his party. All these security measures did not diminish his resolve until the matter reached the security services and their offspring, so they ambushed him and showered him with the fire of their hatred through a hired mafia gang on Monday 13/2/2012, and he was injured as a result. He was rushed to Al-Nour Hospital in Qamishlo, then he was transferred to Aleppo and entered Martini Hospital.
After performing several surgeries for the martyr, through which he faced death, but the destiny took him at three in the morning of the morning of 22/2/2012, and his body was buried in his hometown in the village of "Kavre Dana", in the midst of a solemn funeral and participation befitting only the great.
