Qamishlo... The explosion of a Kerosene Papour causes the body of a young Kurdish man to burn by 75%
ARK News… The deterioration of the situation in Syrian Kurdistan at all levels forced the people to return to using old tools, the “kerosene Papour” and others, to secure their daily needs, which poses a threat to their lives, as a young man in the city of Qamishlo suffered severe burns as a result of the “kerosene Papour” explosion.
In a special statement to the ARK News website, Laila Hussein Hussein said that her young nephew Dalil Khalil Hussein was injured on 29/1/2024 with severe burns as a result of the “kerosene Papour” explosion in Qamishlo city in Syrian Kurdistan, and to receive treatment he was transferred to Duhok Governorate in the Kurdistan Region.
Laila Hussein added that "Dalil" used gasoline instead of kerosene for the door to take a shower after a hard day's work. Unfortunately, the door exploded and "Dalil’s body burned by 75%.
Dalil's aunt confirmed that the seriousness of Dalil's health condition and the deterioration of health services in the city of Qamishlo in Syrian Kurdistan forced them to transfer her nephew to Duhok Governorate in the Kurdistan Region to receive treatment, according to doctors' instructions.
Laila Hussein appealed to charities and humanitarian organizations to provide a helping hand to the young Kurdish man, Dalil Khalil, because he is in dire need of financial support.
Dalil Khalil Hussein comes from the al-Hilaliya neighborhood in the city of Qamishlo in Syrian Kurdistan, and he was born in 1996.
