Targeting an American base with ten missiles in the countryside of Deir Ez-Zour
ARK News… Iranian-backed militias targeted an international coalition base in the Deir Ez-Zour countryside, eastern Syria, with several missiles, but no information was received about any casualties.
Syrian media outlets said, “The pro-Iranian militias bombed, on Monday, 8/1/2023, the international coalition base in the al-Omar field with dozens of missiles, without receiving information about any human casualties.”
According to media outlets, international coalition aircraft flew over the region after the attack.
News sources revealed that a drone believed to be affiliated with the International Coalition bombed, at dawn on Monday, sites belonging to Iranian militias in the vicinity of the city of Al-Mayadeen, east of Deir Ez Zour.
There are 9 American bases deployed in Syria, one in the Al-Tanf area in the eastern countryside of Homs, two bases in the Deir Ez-Zour countryside, and six bases in Hasaka Governorate.
