President Barzani congratulates the Kurdistan Women's Union on the success of its conference
ARK News… President Masoud Barzani congratulated the Kurdistan Women’s Union on the success of its ninth conference.
President Barzani said in a congratulatory message: “On the occasion of the success of the ninth conference of the Kurdistan Women’s Union, I extend my congratulations to the secretary and the new secretariat members of the Kurdistan Women’s Union, and I wish them success.”
He added: "I hope that the Union will continue to carry out its duties in defending the rights and legitimate demands of the women of Kurdistan, and to raise their awareness and educate them in the spirit of responsibility and patriotism and uphold the highest Kurdish values, and that you will be an example and role model for all the women of Kurdistan, and we will support you in this path in every way. I wish you continued success".
The activities of the ninth conference of the Kurdistan Women's Union began in Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region, on Thursday, December 21, 2023, and continued for two days.
