
Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria organizations commemorate Kurdistan Flag Day in the Kurdistan Region
ARK News… The organizations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria in the Kurdistan Region commemorated the Kurdistan Flag Day in the Kurdish refugee camps in the Duhok and Erbil governorates.
The commemoration ceremony in Domiz camp in Duhok Governorate was attended by a number of party leaders, including Haji Kalo, member of the political bureau, Muhammad Ali Ibrahim, Abdul Karim Mirani, and Hiyam Abdul Rahman, members of the party’s central committee, the poet “Diya Jiwan,” a former leader in the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, and a large number of people from the Kurdistan masses.
The ceremony began with a minute of silence for the souls of the martyrs of the Kurds and Kurdistan, followed by the national anthem (Ey Raqib).
Haji Kalo, a member of the political bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, gave the party’s speech in which he talked about the sacrifices made in order to preserve the Kurdistan flag despite all the challenges and conspiracies facing our Kurdish people, and he stressed the symbolism of the Kurdistan flag.
In the presence of large Kurdish masses, the organizations of the Kurdistan Democratic Party-Syria in the Kawergosk, Qoshtapa, and Darshukran camps celebrated Kurdistan Flag Day.
