Commemorating the fifth anniversary of the martyrdom of Peshmerga Hashem Abdul Qadir

ARK News… In the presence of leaders of political parties, youth and women's organizations, members of the locality of Girke Lage and the locality of the martyr Nasraddin Barhik of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, and a large gathering of the people of the region, the fifth anniversary of the martyrdom of the Peshmerga Hashim Abdul Qadir Ezaddin was commemorated.

At the invitation of the family of the martyr Hashim Abdel Qader and the families of the martyrs of Syrian Kurdistan, the fifth annual commemoration of the martyrdom of the Peshmerga martyr Hashim Abdul Qader was held on Friday (15/12/2023) in the village of Arour in the city of Derik in Syrian Kurdistan.

During the commemoration ceremony, Hussein Abdulaziz, head of the Girke Lage Local Council of ENKS gave a speech, in which he mentioned the virtues of the martyr and the battles in which he participated to defend the land of Kurdistan against the most dangerous terrorist organization.

For his part, the poet Qassim Mareika, head of the Girke Lage branch of the Syrian Kurdistan Writers Union, recited several verses from a poem related to the occasion.

Abdul Qader Ezaddin, the father of the martyr, gave a speech to the families of the martyrs, in which he thanked the attendees for their participation and loyalty to the blood of the martyrs, and pledged to commit to and follow the path of the immortal Barzani.


Thursday, December 14, 2023, marked the fifth anniversary of the martyrdom of Peshmerga Hashim Abdul Qadir, from the Roj Peshmerga forces, as he was involved in a traffic accident on his way back from a training course five years ago on December 14, 2018, on the Qasrek Husseiniya Bridge.
