ARK News… Although the social contract of the PYD administration was and still is one of the controversial points in the Kurdish-Kurdish dialogue that has been stalled for more than two years between “PYNK and ENKS,” the PYD administration announced a new “social contract” or what is called “the constitution” in the areas under its control, as there is no Contains no reference to Kurdistan controlled areas.

Regarding the new social contract of the PYD administration, Fadi Marie, the official of the public relations office of the Kurdish Future Movement in Syria, said that the majority of society’s groups did not participate in the social contract approved by the PYD administration. It is a contract approved by a party that is consistent with its interests and does not meet the aspirations of the people. Therefore, this contract does not concern us, from near or far.

For his part, the Kurdish politician Abdul Rahman Sheikhi stated that the PYD administration, which was imposed on the people by force of arms and with an ideology and doctrine far from reality, cannot legitimize its existence by issuing a social contract.

Sheikhi confirmed that the PYD administration, with its social contract, abolishes the Kurdistan of the Kurdish regions, and the PYD administration departs from the Kurdish umbrella and acts as if it were authorized by the Kurdish people, and this proves its uniqueness in making fateful decisions without referring to the Kurdish parties, and therefore the Kurdish people have nothing to do with such projects that erase their historical and geographical identity.

Badr Mulla Rashid, director of the Raman Center for Research and Consultation, said that the PYD administration is still lost in its attempts to implement “the idea that PKK leader Abdullah Ocalan copied from the American philosopher Murray Boshkin, which is a case of a mixture between anarchism and federalism, and since it is an immature idea, it is not clear even in the mind of who applies it?

Badr Mulla Rashid added that the PYD administration, in its social contract, fights the central state in human civilization, insists on the “equal relationship between men and women,” and confronts capitalist modernity through democratic modernity. “In fact, since its inception, it has been the largest capitalist body in northern Syria, and emphasizes the state of Separation and separation from reality and the lack of credibility in applying self-sufficiency.

Dr. Muhammad Jumaan, a member of the political committee of the Kurdistan Yakity Party - Syria, said: This new contract does not give the PYD administration any legitimacy or legal right. It did not succeed when the PKK’s ideology was included in the contract, and the officials of that administration are following a policy of escaping forward.

Jamaan stressed that the PYD’s social contract differs nothing from the constitution of the Syrian regime, which was based on the thought and principle of one party, the “Baath Party,” and an attempt to control the aspects of the political and social life of the region in general. The contract is based on the thought and principle of the PKK par excellence and is far from the spirit of democracy.

For his part, the Kurdish writer Hoshang Osi said that the social contract of the PYD administration is a PKK contract, and not a national, democratic, comprehensive and agreed-upon social contract, because it was formulated by the de facto PKK authority, and written in PKK ideological partisan ink.

Osi added that the PYD administration violated many international conventions and norms, and violated the “social contract” that it had previously enacted, announced, and imposed, and this authority will remain obsessed with violating international covenants and charters, and its own “social contracts,” and no matter what contracts it issues, those contracts will remain the contracts of the patriarchal authority. Which means violation, breach, and disrespect for any law or covenant, and failure to abide by it.
