Barzani Charity Foundation completes a course for dozens of women in Darshukran camp

ARK News… The Barzani Charity Foundation completed a course on making quilts and pillows for dozens of women in Darshukran camp in Erbil Governorate, the capital of the Kurdistan Region.

Barzani Charity published on its Facebook page, on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, that it, in cooperation with The Stirling Foundation, completed a course on making quilts and pillows in Darshukran refugee camp.

The Foundation added that the course lasted for a month, in which 13 women participated, and gifts were distributed to the participants.

The Barzani Charity Foundation is a non-governmental organization, active in the humanitarian field in the Kurdistan Region, and works to provide aid to refugees and displaced people who have been exposed to crises, people with special needs, and orphans. The Foundation entered the Afrin region of Syrian Kurdistan after the earthquake last February to provide relief aid, and on the fourth of last June, the Foundation opened a center Culturally and developmentally, it is named “Barzani Center for Culture and Development” in Afrin.
