More than 1,300 Syrians will obtain Austrian citizenship during 2023
ARK News… The Austrian Statistics Authority revealed that the percentage of Syrians who obtained Austrian citizenship during the first nine months of 2023 amounted to more than 15% of the general total.
The Austrian Statistics Authority announced that the total number of people who obtained Austrian citizenship in the first nine months of 2023 reached “11” thousand and “33” people.
According to figures from the Austrian Statistics Authority, Syrian refugees came in first place, with 1,322 people naturalized, equivalent to 15.7% of all naturalized people in 2023 who reside in Austria.
According to Statistics Authority statistics, the Turks ranked second (791), Bosnia and Herzegovina third (542), and Afghanistan fourth (532).
