A new decline in the exchange rate of the Syrian pound against the US dollar
ARK News… Once again, the exchange rate of the Syrian pound declined against the US dollar, as the exchange rate of one US dollar reached more than “14,350” Syrian pounds for purchase.
The value of the Syrian pound decreased against the US dollar today, Saturday (18/11/2023), compared to the past few days in the foreign exchange markets in the cities and towns of Syrian Kurdistan.
According to local sources, the exchange rate of one US dollar against the Syrian pound reached “14,400” Syrian pounds for sale, and “14,300” for purchase, and the price of gold reached “802,400” Syrian pounds per gram (21 karat).
The markets of the cities and towns of Syrian Kurdistan witness daily different prices for materials in general, especially foodstuffs, due to the continuous decline of the Syrian pound against the US dollar.
