Signing of two books by Rewan Mirani as part of the cultural week activities of the Syrian Kurdistan Writers Union in Domiz

ARK News… As part of the Cultural Week activities, the Kurdistan Regional Representative of the Syrian Kurdistan Writers Union organized a signing ceremony for two books by the writer Rewan Mirani at the office of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria in the Domiz refugee camp in Duhok Governorate in the Kurdistan Region.

In the presence of Haji Kalo, a member of the political bureau of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria, Hiyam Muhammad, a member of the party’s central committee, and a group of writers, poets, and those interested in cultural affairs, the signing ceremony for the two books: (Hovîtiya Bê Dawî), a novel, and (Bani Nerigza), a poem by the writer Rewan Mirani, took place yesterday evening 1 October 2023.

The poet Rewan Mirani, through ARK, appealed to writers and poets to pay attention to language and literature because they are one of the components of peoples and the basis of their existence.

In conclusion, copies of the two books were distributed to the audience.

The cultural week activities of the Kurdistan Regional Representative of the Syrian Kurdistan Writers Union began in Domiz camp on Wednesday, September 27, and continued until Sunday, and included lectures and poetry evenings.
