Barzani Charity distributes school bags and stationery to 150 students in Domiz
ARK News… Coinciding with the start of the new school year, the Barzani Charity Foundation distributed school bags and stationery to students in Domiz 1 refugee camp in Duhok Governorate in the Kurdistan Region.
The Foundation announced on its official page on the social networking site “Facebook” on Saturday, September 23, 2023, that in cooperation with the NRC Organization, distributed school bags and stationery to first-year primary school students in two schools in Domiz 1 camp.
It added that 150 male and female students benefited from this assistance.
The Barzani Charity Foundation is a non-governmental organization, active in the humanitarian field in the Kurdistan Region, and works to provide aid to refugees and displaced people who have been exposed to crises, people with special needs, and orphans. The Foundation entered the Afrin region of Syrian Kurdistan after the earthquake last February to provide relief aid, and on the fourth of last June, the Foundation opened a center Culturally and developmentally, it is named “Barzani Center for Culture and Development” in Afrin.
