Turkey targets a PKK official in Shingal

ARK News… The Turkish authorities, on Friday, announced the targeting of a PKK security official in the Shingal district of the Kurdistan Region.

Turkish media sources reported that Turkish intelligence was able to target Khaled Rasho Qasim, nicknamed “Dindar Avesta,” a leader in the Shingal Protection Units (YBŞ) affiliated with the PKK, in an operation carried out in Shingal.

Media sources said that Khaled Rasho Qasim joined the PKK in 2014, participated in training militants and was responsible for the PKK’s recruitment activities.
