Hasakah clashes renewed… Two children lost their lives and dozens were wounded
ARK News… Clashes have returned between the Syrian regime forces and the National Defense Militia in Hasakah after a complete calm , on Friday, September 22, 2023.
Local sources reported that an exchange of fire began in the security square area in Hasakah at two o'clock this afternoon, between the National Defense Militia and the Syrian regime forces.
They added that the clashes caused panic among citizens in other neighborhoods after heavy shells fell in various neighborhoods, killing two children, one in the Nazareth neighborhood and the second in the Ghiweran neighborhood, and wounding at least 15 citizens.
As a result of the clashes, a number of citizens fled today to their villages in the Hasakah countryside for fear of tank or mortar shells falling on their homes.
