It claimed the life of a child... Random shells on residential neighborhoods in Hasakah

ARK News… Al-Hasakah city, on Thursday evening, September 21, 2023, witnessed a state of fear and terror among citizens as a result of clashes between Assad regime forces and the National Defense Militia, with several neighborhoods being exposed to indiscriminate shells.

Local sources reported that shells fell in the neighborhoods of Al-Aziziya, Dulab Al-Owais, and Al-Omran in Al-Hasakah, and another in the Al-Nasra neighborhood, killing the two-year-old child, Zidan Muhammad, in addition to recording several injuries.

The sources added, "The clashes stopped on the morning of Friday, September 22, but the regime's checkpoints prevented cars from entering the security square area, and most of the stores there are still closed."

Activists documented more than 10 injuries since the beginning of the clashes at midnight on Tuesday/Wednesday, including a child, a woman, and an elderly man.
