One of the pharmacists in the city of Hasakah said in exclusive statements that prices vary from one pharmacy to another, amid a complete absence of monitoring and price control by the PYD administration.
He continued that prices are linked to the dollar, and the rise in the dollar means an increase in the price of medicines, and the dollar is on the rise.
In light of the deteriorating health situation, the lack of medical supplies and specialized personnel, and a result of the crisis that lasted for years and its negative repercussions on all aspects of life, especially the health sector, which witnessed the emigration of the majority of its cadres, the city is living in a difficult humanitarian situation.
