President Nechirvan Barzani meets with the Pope of the Vatican

ARK News... The President of the Kurdistan Region, Mr. Nechirvan Barzani, on Wednesday, April 12, 2023, met in the Italian capital, Rome, on an official visit.
During his visit, he met with His Holiness the Pope of the Vatican, and he is scheduled to meet with the Italian Prime Minister and a number of the country's officials.
Developing relations and expanding areas of joint cooperation and a set of issues of common interest to both sides, were the topics discussed by His Excellency President Nechirvan Barzani during his meetings and meetings with His Holiness the Pope and Prime Minister Ms. Georgia Meloni.
