The Kurdish National Council in Syria, on Friday, March 31, 2023, organized a protest in the Barika camp for Kurdish refugees in the city of Sulaimaniyah, to denounce the heinous crime committed by the militants of the Eastern Army against the Kurdish Peshmerga family in the city of Jenderes in the countryside of Afrin, in Syrian Kurdistan.

The media of the Barika organization of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria said: The participants raised banners denouncing the crime and calling for accountability for criminals and an end to the injustice applied to the Kurdish areas controlled by the Syrian opposition. The council's speech was presented by Adnan Mustafa, a member of the advisory body of the Kurdistan Democratic Party - Syria.

In it, he talked about the details of the crime and the suffering of the Afrin region in general from the practices of the armed factions and praised the role of the Barzani Charity Foundation, whose presence in Afrin revived the national spirit of the Kurds of Afrin.
