Head of ENKS Locality in North Germany: We are continuing to provide relief to Afrin and Jenderes

The head of the local Kurdish National Council in Syria in northern Germany, on Wednesday, February 15, 2023, said that the campaign to collect donations and aid for the relief of the cities of Afrin and Jenderes in Syrian Kurdistan continues, and there is a strong demand from the Kurdish and Arab community for donations.

Khalil Ya’qub, head of the local Kurdish National Council in northern Germany, said during his participation in the ARK newsletter: We delivered several batches of aid to the Barzani Charity Foundation to send them to Afrin and Jenderes and to compensate those affected by the earthquake.

He emphasized that the Kurdish community responded to the call of the Kurdish National Council in Syria, and provided relief to the cities of Afrin and Jenderes, through financial donations, foodstuffs, clothing, and other major requirements.

He thanked the Kurdish and Arab communities, especially the Kurdish women who participated with dedication and sincerity in the fundraising campaign.

Khalil Ya’qub, head of the Kurdish National Council locality in northern Germany, indicated at the end of his speech that the campaign would continue.
