ARK News... The President of the Kurdistan Region, Nechirvan Barzani, on Saturday, January 7, 2023, congratulated the Kaka'is (Yarsanis) on the occasion of the Qultas holiday.
In his congratulation, the head of the region said: "I extend my warmest congratulations and blessings to all the Kakai (Yarsani) sisters and brothers in Kurdistan, Iraq, and anywhere in the world, on the occasion of Qultas Eid, and I wish them a happy Eid."
Adding, "On this occasion, we affirm the protection of the rights of all components and the consolidation of a culture of tolerance and coexistence."
