Masrour Barzani: I am confident that our French partners will spare no effort to protect Kurdish communities across the country

ARK News… The President of the Kurdistan Regional Government, Masrour Barzani,
on Saturday, called on the Kurdish community in France to exercise restraint in the wake of the Paris attack, stressing his confidence that the French partners would spare no effort to protect the community and bring the perpetrators to justice.

The prime minister said on Twitter: “I am deeply upset by today's heinous attack on the Kurdish community in Paris. My condolences to the families of the victims.

"I am confident that our French partners will spare no effort to protect Kurdish communities across the country and bring the perpetrators to justice," he added.

Masrour Barzani concluded, “The French people have stood by us time and time again.

We have a lot in common; We face terrorism together and care for those displaced by violence and war. This bond will outlast the repugnant agenda of those who committed today's crime.” The Kurdish community must exercise restraint. Let us not justify violence in any way.
