Afrin… A source told ARK: "Dozens of Kurdish families return to Rajo towns"
ARK News... Dozens of Kurdish families have recently returned to their hometown in Rajo town, in the city of Afrin, in Syrian Kurdistan.
A source from the town of Rajo said that the town hosted dozens of Kurdish families during the past month, who returned to their hometown in the town of Rajo and its villages.
The source who reported from Rajo town to ARK: Confirmed that the families returned from the Kurdistan Region, from the al-Shahba camps, and from the areas of refuge and displacement.
During the 2018 Afrin war between Turkey and the PYD administration, more than 300,000 Kurds were displaced from the Afrin region towards al-Shahba, Aleppo, and other areas, and despite the fact that both the PYD and the armed factions put obstacles in front of the return of the displaced in al-Shahba camps, the Kurdish families continuing to return to the land of our forefathers.
