A source to ARK: "Ibrahim Biro, representative of the Kurdish National Council, in a meeting with Pedersen"

ARK News... A meeting of the Syrian Negotiation Commission is scheduled to be held tomorrow, Friday, December 9, 2022, in the Swiss city of Geneva.
A source told ARK that Geir Pedersen, the international envoy to Syria, will hold a meeting with the Syrian Negotiation Committee in Geneva tomorrow.
The source added that Ibrahim Biro, a member of the negotiating committee, represented the Kurdish National Council in Syria at the meeting.
