ARK News... Militants of the Malak Shah faction cut down about 80 olive trees in Shara town, Afrin region, in Syrian Kurdistan.
A private source told ARK that the militants of the Malak Shah faction, of the Syrian National Army, cut down about 80 olive trees in the village of Sinka in the Shara town.
The source added that the ownership of the olive trees belongs to two Kurdish citizens.
According to the source, after cutting, the logging process begins, and then the gunmen sell it in Idlib and Izaz at prices of up to $150 per ton.
According to the statistics published by humanitarian organizations, the armed factions, since their control of the city of Afrin, have cut down more than two million trees from the forests and olive fields that belong to the Kurdish citizens.
